Introducing Luiz

I’ve lived in Shinjuku, Yoyogi and Nakano. I’ve been to Shinjuku Gyoen Park a lot, and spent many hours there meditating. The place really inspires me. Shinjuku itself is very commercial: there is a lot of eating and drinking going on there. But the park remains one of my favorite places: I actually visualized my yoga plans there. Yoyogi is also good. It is within walking distance of where we are in Omotesando, and there are many international people in the neighbourhood. And although it’s between Shinjuku and Shibuya, it is so quiet. As for Nakano, which is just next to Shinjuku, that was also a fun area. It is known for anime culture, even if I don’t know anything about anime, and it’s more residential than Shinjuku or Shibuya; it’s also more relaxing than both of them. There is a local life there that is really interesting. Right now, I live in Mitaka, which I find really peaceful.
